Do I have to order full packs?

Yes, our minimum order quantity is one full crate. Over this quantity you then have the option of buying per m2 or per tile.

Do you have a brochure?

In order to keep our prices as low as possible, we do not produce expensive brochures. Information about the products is available on the website. Should you require any further information, please feel free to contact us with any query, however big or small and we will do our utmost to help.

Do you have a showroom?

As on online retailer with a focus on cost, we do not have an expensive showroom. Product details and images are available on the website for you to look at from the comfort of your own home. Samples are available on request should you want a physical representation of the stone.

Do you supply samples?

Yes, we have samples available for most of our products. Please contact us directly with your requirements. There is a £4.00 charge to cover postage and packaging. Please allow approximately 2-3 working days for delivery.

I want to place an order, when will my delivery arrive?

Ordinarily within 5 working days. To confirm an accurate lead time for a product, please contact a member of our sales team.

What happens if I discover after ordering that the product is out of stock?

A member of our sales team will contact you within 24 hours of your order being placed. We will advise of a delivery timescale, and if this is unsuitable, provide a full refund.

What happens if I discover breakages?

Industry guidelines advise ordering 10% extra for cuts, waste and a small number of potential breakages (5-10%). In the very rare case that you receive your goods and damages are in excess of 10% of the quantity ordered, please report this as soon as possible. Wherever possible, we would kindly ask you to take a digital picture of the breakage to help us establish what caused the problem, so as we can try and eliminate future issues. We will replace any substandard products as quickly as possible.
